AUTHOR

I was born in a small textile village near Bradford, Yorkshire, the middle of three daughters. My family was deeply involved in our local Methodist Church, where my faith journey began. At 15, I became a committed Christian, which shaped much of my life.

After leaving school at 16, I worked in a Bradford mill’s welfare office and later pursued nursing. My lifelong passion has been exploring faith, studying Christian denominations and world religions.

I love writing poetry, humor, and gardening especially caring for flowers, trees, and ponds. Nature, animals, and countryside walks have always inspired me. Music has also been a joy, from Beethoven to The Beatles and Abba, and I spent many years singing in our church choir.
